Yes. In a joint petition you agree on custody, maintenance and property first. We put those terms into the petition so the court can record them in the divorce order.
Which court will hear our divorce?
Most of Damansara falls within Selangor, so the petition is generally filed at a High Court in Selangor. Parts of the area fall within Kuala Lumpur; we will confirm the correct court for your address.
