Largely, yes. Most preparation is done by phone, email and video call. In a joint petition you usually attend court only once.
Is my spouse’s EPF a matrimonial asset?
EPF contributions made during the marriage can be taken into account when the court divides matrimonial assets. We will advise on how this applies to your case.
